The JeugdVISpas is automatically issued after you become a member of a club associated with one of the fishing federations of Sportvisserij Nederland. This gives permission to fish with two rods and all permitted types of bait in the waters that have been shared through the Joint List of Dutch fishing waters, or which are listed on the VISplanner. This list includes all of the waters clubs, federations and sport fishing Netherlands have shared.
The VISplanner (
www.visplanner.nl and the free VISplanner app) is a legal permit if combined with the VISpas. If you have the VISplanner on your mobile telephone or tablet/laptop, you can demonstrate that you are permitted to fish at a certain location if you are checked.
