The VISpas provides permission to fish in many Dutch waters. For some waters, you will require the VISpas of a specific fishing club because their water is not shared nationally, or only partly shared nationally. This is clarified at
www.visplanner.nl; in some cases, you are required to become a member of another fishing club as well.
Easily order the Extra VISpas from another club at
www.vispas.nl by selecting ‘Extra VISpas’. The Extra VISpas can only be ordered if the VISpas has already been paid for.
